Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the Air Combat Command’s CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S.

and allied aircrew by role-playing fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations and using CES, NGTS, and MACE. Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR; bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience (or master’s with 7, PhD with 4).

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7, or PhD with 4.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with F-15, F-16, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22 or F-35 experience.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator experience acceptable).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrew in distributed mission operations.
• Attend planning conferences (e.g. RED FLAG) and translate unit training needs into missions.
• Provide consulting on training and doctrine development, including scenario development and after-action reviews.
