Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA to facilitate training for US and allied aircrews in distributed mission operations. You will use CES/NGTS/MACE to support training, review tactics, and contribute to JSE distribution planning.

An active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required. BA/BS with years of experience or advanced degrees may be eligible; travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7 years’, or PhD with 4 years’.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with F-15/16/18/22/35 aircraft experience.
• Thorough knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within past 10 years (simulator experience allowed).
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan missions, create materials, brief, execute, and debrief LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to develop and test JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting support to military/defense clients on training and doctrine development.
