Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training and play a key role in mission planning, briefing, and debriefing in LFEs and small-team events.

Required active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR. A 9-year fighter aviator track, or 7 years with a Master’s, or 4 years with a PhD, is expected. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR).
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years of fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft experience.
• Strong knowledge of fighter employment manuals or equivalents.
• Recent operational experience or simulator time in last 10 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan missions, create materials, brief, execute, and debrief LFEs and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and integrate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients on training and doctrine development.
