Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training, role-play fighter aircraft in DMO events, and employ CES/NGTS/MACE to support exercises.

The role requires an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, a Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience (or higher degree with fewer years), and readiness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s/PhD with commensurate experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO or WSO with listed aircraft experience.
• Thorough knowledge of fighter employment doctrine (AFTTP 3-1) or equivalent.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulators acceptable).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and small team events.
• Use NGTS to develop and test JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients on training and doctrine; assist in scenario development and data analysis.
