Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrew by role-playing fighter aircraft in distributed mission operations and collaborate on joint simulation environments.

The role requires an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, and involves traveling up to 10% as you support LFEs, NGTS, CES, and JSE-related missions across the DMO network.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator, or Master’s degree with 7 years’, or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft (F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35).
• Thorough knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 or equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to support development and testing of JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients on training and doctrine; assist in scenario development and data analysis.
