Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate U.S. and allied aircrew training by role-playing fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations events, using CES, NGTS and MACE to execute missions.

The role requires an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus fighter aviation experience. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft (F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35).
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or service equivalent.
• Operational experience within the last 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, and debriefing LFEs and small-team events.
• Use NGTS to develop and test JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training needs into missions.
• Provide consulting on military training and doctrine, including scenario development and data analysis.
