Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrew by role-playing fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations, using CES, NGTS, and MACE.

An active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required. You will have 9 years’ fighter aviator experience (or 7 years with a Master’s, or 4 years with a PhD) and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator, or Master’s with 7 years’ experience, or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with aircraft experience (F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35).
• Thorough knowledge of fighter employment manuals (e.g., AFTTP 3-1) or service equivalents.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator experience acceptable).
• Travel capability approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients for training and doctrine development, including scenario development and data analysis.
