Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training for U.S.

and allied aircrew, warfighters, and JTACs using advanced simulation environments and threat systems. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with TS/SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility, advanced degrees or substantial fighter aviation experience, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7, or PhD with 4.
• Former Fighter Pilot/NFO/CSO/WSO with aircraft such as F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35.
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 or service equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, mission plan, brief, execute, and debrief LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to test JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting on training and doctrine development, scenario design, and data analysis.
