Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will enable distributed training by role-playing fighter aircraft in DMO events and using CES/NGTS/MACE to build and test JSE distribution.

Required is an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus extensive fighter aviation experience or advanced degrees. You may travel up to 10% and will engage in planning conferences to shape training demands.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• 9+ years’ fighter aviator experience (or 7+ with Master’s or 4+ with PhD).
• Former Fighter Pilot/NFO/CSO/WSO with aircraft such as F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35.
• Thorough knowledge of fighter employment procedures or equivalent
• Operational experience within the past 10 years (simulator accepted)
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to support the development and testing of JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and incorporate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients on training and doctrine.
