Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training, role-play aircrew and JTACs, and stay current on tactics and procedures using CES, NGTS, and MACE. A DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required.

The role involves planning missions, supporting LFEs, and contributing to JSE distribution across the DMO Network, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Fighter pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with aircraft expertise.
• Experience reviewing tactics manuals and training doctrine.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily CAF DTC training events; schedule, brief, execute, debrief LFEs and small-team events.
• Use NGTS and JSE tools to develop and test distributed training across the DMO network.
• Attend exercise planning conferences and translate unit requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting on training doctrine, scenario development, and data analysis.
