Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrew by role-playing fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations events using CES, NGTS, and MACE.

You must hold an active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR. A Bachelor’s (9 years’ fighter aviator) or Master’s (7 years) or PhD (4 years) is required, with up to 10% travel and strong knowledge of

Competenze

• Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• 9+ years as a fighter aviator with Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years with Master’s or 4+ years with PhD.
• Experience in training and evaluating military pilots and aircrew; knowledge of fighter employment and tactics.

Mansioni

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and incorporate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients for training and doctrine development.
