Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required (ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR).
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience or Master’s with 7 years’ experience or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with F-15/F-16/F/A-18 family aircraft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan missions, create materials, brief, execute, and debrief LFEs and small team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into mission planning.
• Provide consulting on military training and doctrine, including scenario development and after-action analysis.
