Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training and coordinate mission planning, briefing, and debriefing for LFEs and Small Team events.

You must hold an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR; a Bachelor’s or higher degree with relevant experience; and be prepared to travel up to 10% to support exercises and planning conferences.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator, or Master’s with 7 years’, or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft.
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator accepted).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to support development and testing of JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and incorporate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine.
