Job summary

Serco is seeking a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB. The role involves facilitating distributed training, planning and briefing missions, and updating training scenarios in collaboration with U.S. and allied aircrews.

Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required. Applicants should have a Bachelor's with 9+ years of fighter aviation experience, or a Master's with 7+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years, plus experience with 5th

Qualifications

Active DoD secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years as a fighter aviator or Master’s with 7+ years or PhD with 4+ years of experience.
Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with aircraft such as F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35.

Responsibilities

Schedule, plan missions, create mission materials, brief, execute, and debrief LFEs and Small Team events.
Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and integrate unit training requirements into missions.
Provide consulting on training and doctrine, including scenario development, AAR, and data analysis.
