Job summary

Serco is seeking a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training, role-play missions, and stay current on threats and tactics using CES, NGTS, and MACE.

You must hold an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, with 9 years of fighter aviator experience (or 7 with a Master’s, 4 with a PhD). Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator, or Master’s with 7 years’, or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft.
• Thorough knowledge of fighter employment or service manuals.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, mission plan, brief, execute, and debrief Large Force Exercises and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to support development and testing of JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients on training and doctrine; include scenario development and data analysis.
