The role emphasizes field presence, coaching, and executive reporting, with a focus on morale, training, and readiness to reduce attrition and downtime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of combined experience in field operations and people management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary, visible contact for 100 field employees on pay, policy, benefits, and concerns.
• Coordinate training, certifications, and cross-training to keep crews project-ready.
• Translate field trends into updates for Director of Field Operations and executives.
• Ensure compliance with site readiness and chain-of-command standards.
