Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Client Services Concierge Manager to lead a field-based team delivering in-person client visits across Houston and other Texas cities.

You will own daily scheduling, dispatch, and route optimization while coaching staff, handling escalations, and coordinating with the Programming team on internal tools used in the field. This role requires strong communication and operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; some college or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in customer service or field operations; 2+ years in supervisory/lead roles.
• Experience managing scheduling for distributed/field-based teams; strong tech/tool literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Client Services Concierges across Houston and Texas.
• Own daily scheduling, dispatch, and workload planning for field visits.
• Resolve client escalations and ensure service quality and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with IT/Programming on internal tools, devices, and troubleshooting.
• Generate regular reports on visit volume, performance, and scheduling efficiency.
