Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manager of Workforce Optimization to lead workforce planning, forecasting, and labor optimization across multiple bases. You will mentor analysts, partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Revenue Management, and drive data‑driven decisions to align labor investments with business goals.

You will translate business challenges into actionable workforce solutions, monitor performance metrics, and guide change initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/analytical field.
• 5-8 years in workforce planning, labor management, capacity planning, forecasting, or related analytics.
• 1-3 years leading projects/workstreams/direct reports.
• Proven ability to translate analytics into business decisions.
• Experience influencing leaders across functions with data-driven recommendations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including senior leadership exposure.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, forecasting, capacity modeling, and labor optimization across multiple bases.
• Coach and develop Workforce Optimization analysts through mentoring and performance feedback.
• Partner with field leadership to develop labor strategies, hiring plans, and schedule optimization.
• Oversee workforce modeling processes and ensure accurate methodologies.
• Support 15-20 bases with labor strategy, execution, and planning functions.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders at all levels.
• Monitor workforce performance metrics and identify productivity improvements.
• Drive automation and process improvements in workforce management.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Operations, Finance, HR, Revenue, and CI teams.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready workforce trend analyses and recommendations.
• Identify barriers and enable execution through continuous improvement.
