Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in workforce development or social services with vulnerable populations; experience in commercial driving preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with a wide range of constituents.
• Ability to stay organized when dealing with multiple stakeholders (clients, partners).
• Strong project management experience to manage priorities, deliverables and deadlines.
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency; familiarity with G-Sulte platforms.
• Strong time management and partnership management skills.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to respond to individual needs.
• Respect for diverse backgrounds and identities; professional appearance and demeanor.
