Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, a leading wine and spirits distributor, seeks a full-time sales/account role in the Pittsburgh area. You will build trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities, and develop plans to drive incremental sales while analyzing data to meet objectives.

Responsibilities include pre-planning visits, maintaining CRM records, and presenting solutions using a consultative selling approach. Requires a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data and information to identify growth opportunities.
• Proficient use of SGWS technology for daily duties and reporting.
• Ability to build structured customer presentations and proposals.
• Professional use of mobile devices and online communication tools.
• Consistently achieving results while maintaining high service levels.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, with customers and internal teams.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguity; collaborative by nature.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible customer relationships based on trust.
• Identify customer growth needs and develop business plans.
• Create a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales.
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Pre‑plan visits with agendas documented in CRM.
• Visit accounts regularly and document outcomes in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions using consultative approaches.
• Collaborate in sales meetings, on‑site training, and supplier events.
• Travel as required and maintain a valid driver's license.
