GE Vernova is seeking a Wind Technician to support turbine operations within the hub OH1. Travel to wind sites is required, with daily focus on safety, quality control, and warranty repair work.

You will collaborate with Site Lead and Manager to fulfill contractual obligations while complying with GE standards and safety guidelines. This role requires mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic proficiency and proven problem-solving ability.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year wind technician experience or wind certificate/associate degree in energy.
• Passing a Technical Knowledge Assessment.
• Basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain turbine operations daily and meet contract requirements.
• Perform maintenance, repair or replacement of parts to fix malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on turbines.
• Document work using service reporting procedures.
• Work with GE's remote operations center as needed.
• Coordinate with site leadership and managers on site activities.
