City of St. Robert is seeking a Wastewater Collection Technician to maintain pump stations, gravity and pressure lines and perform inspections to locate defects in the sanitary sewer system.

The position is full-time, outdoors in all weather, with on-call rotation and potential overtime for emergencies. The role involves inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting controls, taps and mains installs, and operating sewer-related equipment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years in wastewater collection preferred.
• Ability to read maps, blueprints, and plans.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and maintain pump stations, gravity and pressure lines.
• Perform smoke and dye testing to locate defects and inflow sources.
• Repair electrical and mechanical components in pumps and panels.
• Install/manhole inserts and read blueprints for mains/taps.
• Respond to on-call requests and support other departments as needed.
