Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Field Customer Care Representative to support homeowners with warranty needs through on-site inspections, root-cause analysis, and multi-trade case coordination. You will ensure timely resolution by partnering with trade teams, customers, and internal departments.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, clear communication, and adherence to Lennar warranty policies while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED required; technical or construction training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in residential construction, warranty service, or customer care with a homebuilder.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work flexible hours and travel to homesites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and homesite visits to evaluate homeowner concerns and verify warranty coverage.
• Investigate potential warranty issues, identify root causes, and determine corrective actions.
• Manage complex cases that require coordinating multiple trades, scheduling, and materials.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Proactively remedy any trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment related issues.
• Document findings, photos, and communications for accurate case tracking.
