Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong background in vegetation management, landscaping, or related fields.
• Experience leading field crews or as foreman/manager.
• Ability to train and mentor employees while maintaining hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise vegetation management and landscaping operations for multiple projects.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily work to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Train, mentor, and develop new employees on techniques, safety, and company expectations.
• Serve as a working manager by assisting crews in the field with task execution.
• Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and customer specs.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and schedules to maximize productivity.
• Communicate project updates and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of production hours, equipment usage, and safety meetings.
• Assist with estimating, job planning, and identifying productivity improvements.
