Job summary

Page Mechanical Group, Inc. seeks a Vegetation Management Lead to supervise field operations and contractor performance on utility ROW projects. You will coordinate teams, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety and policy alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4 years in the field with 2 in leadership, and a valid driver’s license. You will monitor progress, participate in client meetings, and uphold arboricultural and fire-prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Four (4) years of job-related experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Two (2) years of experience in emergency response and/or hazard tree removal projects along utility rights of way.
• Familiarity with vegetation management contractors’ work practices and arboricultural techniques.
• Valid Class C driver’s license with DMV EPN program participation and clean driving record.
• Background check, drug screening, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation management projects and manage contractor performance.
• Solve complex problems and guide project teams to complete tasks.
• Coordinate emergency responses and ensure safety compliance per policies.
• Monitor progress of inspections and field work; participate in client reviews.
