This role shapes how VM field operations function as MNL grows, developing leaders, scalable processes, and productivity while maintaining safety and quality in the field.

• 7+ years in field operations leadership.
• 3+ years managing supervisors and field crews.
• Experience building scalable field processes and systems.
• Ability to drive safety and quality across operations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop operational leaders for vegetation management, grazing, fire, and other field teams.
• Establish clear leadership expectations and hold leaders accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and results.
• Build leadership capability so supervisors can independently lead accountable teams.
• Address performance issues directly while ensuring clarity of expectations and outcomes.
• Identify future leadership needs and strengthen succession planning.
• Develop and improve SOPs, best practices, and field expectations for safe, efficient execution.
