Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4 years related experience with at least 2 in a leadership role.
• 2 years emergency response or hazard tree removal projects.
• Familiar with vegetation management contractor practices and line clearance requirements.
• Clean driving record and Class C license with EPN program.
• Background check, drug screening, and physical exam required.
• Approval by Client Representative.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation management operations and oversee contractor performance.
• Guide project teams to complete tasks.
• Lead duties for emergency response following safety requirements.
• Support process improvement and scheduling of VM activities.
• Coordinate with client representatives to set expectations for contractor employees.
• Monitor progress of inspections and tree work.
• Participate in agency meetings and field visits.
• Assist in contract review and project management.
• Participate in OMS H&S programs.
• Complete required H&S training.
