Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a Vegetation Program Leader to oversee vegetation management operations and contractor performance. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and coordination with clients and program managers.

Leading project teams and emergency response efforts, you will ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to all policies and procedures. A strong background in arboriculture and line clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of job-related experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in emergency response and/or hazard tree removal projects.
• Familiar with vegetation management contractors’ work practices, arboricultural techniques and line clearance/fire prevention requirements.
• Maintain a Class C driver’s license with DMV EPN program and a clean driving record.
• Background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
• Approval by Client Representative.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation management operations and manage outside contractor work.
• Guide project teams to complete tasks and ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead emergency response efforts per safety requirements and labor agreements.
• Support process improvement, scheduling, and coordination of VM activities.
• Assist with client communications, contractor expectations, and program direction.
• Monitor progress of pre-inspection and tree work, and site visits for review.
