Merck seeks a Vaccine Customer Representative to support healthcare providers within Bakersfield, Shafter, Delano, Lamont and surrounding areas. You will educate customers on vaccines, assist with reimbursement information and monitor contract performance to improve immunization rates.

Ideal candidates will have strong sales experience, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to travel within the territory. This role emphasizes collaboration with the vaccine team and customers to optimize outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of sales experience or high school diploma with 6+ years in sales/marketing/healthcare/scientific field.
• Strong ability to build trust with customers and demonstrate value in selling situations.
• Ability to segment customer populations and focus on groups to drive promotional and business results.
• Understanding of customer business climate, market potential and risks in local markets.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades
