Job summary

Rush Truck Centers in Ohio seeks a New Truck Sales Representative to solicit truck sales within an assigned territory, primarily in person away from the dealership. You will self-generate prospects, manage 50-100 accounts and build a strong sales pipeline through regular field visits.

The role requires a valid driver's license, CRM usage, and collaboration with Finance, Insurance, and Service teams to close deals. A competitive total rewards package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1 year of related sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurability per company guidelines.
• Strong prospecting, CRM usage and field-based account management.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate prospective customers and new business within territory.
• Manage 50-100 assigned accounts and 50-100 retail accounts; build pipeline.
• Visit customer locations at least three days per week; document activities in CRM.
• Coordinate with service, finance/insurance, and sales teams to close deals.
• Sell parts, service, body shop, and trucks; maintain professional ethics.
