Field Training Manager (Heavy Duty Aftermarket)

Job Details

Base Pay Range: $110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

About Us: We are a growing international manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial vehicle components - Suspension and Steering. We offer parts for OEM and Aftermarket (Trucks, Trailers, Busses, Construction). 100% Fully REMOTE.

Travel Requirement: This role requires 70% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and technical support to aftermarket distributors.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders on providing application solutions for customers.
  • Conduct constant market analyses to identify customer/market needs to determine price schedules and discount rates.
  • Advise dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 6+ years of related experience in the commercial vehicle, heavy duty truck industry; specifically experience in suspension and steering (Springs, Pistons, Axel Rod, Air Springs, Pedal Steering, Sensor Steering).
  • Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time, with occasional need to travel abroad to visit parent company. (Travel requirement to decrease as territory grows.)
