Job summary

Inspire Brands’ Dunkin’ division seeks a Field Training Growth Manager to strengthen franchisee training systems and leadership capability across emerging markets. You will partner with Franchisee Growth Consultants, Field Operations, New Restaurant Opening, Marketing, Development, and Analytics to enable scalable onboarding, certification, and deployment of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in restaurant and/or retail management with Training, Human Resource, or multi-unit management experience
• 5-7 years experience in restaurant or retail training, multi-unit operations, franchise consulting, organizational development, new restaurant openings, or related work

Responsibilities

• Franchisee capability building through onboarding, certification, coaching, and leadership development systems.
• Emerging market training strategy translating market plans into focused training priorities, support plans, milestones, and routines.
• New restaurant readiness with pre-opening preparation, leadership readiness, opening execution, and post-opening stabilization.
• Operational performance enablement using observations, business reviews, guest and operational insights, and training data to identify gaps and solutions.
• Leadership and bench development for franchisees and leaders through coaching, facilitation, and development planning.
• Training system sustainability moving toward self-sustaining training with ownership, standards, and tools.
• Program activation for national/regional initiatives including products, technology, guest experience, safety, and processes.
• Cross-functional leadership as the training connection across teams for a coordinated support plan.
• Measurement and continuous improvement tracking adoption, readiness, certification, performance, insights.
