Job summary

Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking a Field Training & Operations Coach to support General Managers, AGMs, and Service Advisors. This role travels to locations, builds trust, and delivers hands-on coaching to improve operating practices and customer experience.

You will develop training materials, reinforce culture, and partner with field leaders to identify gaps and provide practical coaching that drives performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, onboarding, coaching, or mentoring employees.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales support, or service operations experience is valued.
• Leadership or shift leadership in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Experience creating training materials, process guides, or job aids.
• Ability to support frontline teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for new General Managers, Assistants, MITs, and Service Advisors.
• Travel to SFAC locations to observe operations and provide hands-on field coaching.
• Build trusted relationships by listening first and following through on commitments.
• Coach Service Advisors on communication, education, and transparent recommendations.
• Develop practical training materials like checklists, guides, visuals, and short videos.
• Track training completion and measure effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
• Bridge field needs with leadership by sharing what's working and what to improve.
