Job summary
Stress Free Auto Care is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer loyalty in a fast-paced automotive service environment. You will own personal sales targets, shape the shop's revenue strategy, and pursue new business opportunities while developing a high-performing team.
You will work closely with the General Manager to execute plans, monitor trends, and optimize performance.

- Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed your individual sales and revenue goals while driving shop performance.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business via customer retention, increased visits, fleet accounts, and local partnerships.
- Coach employees against measurable KPIs and support hiring, onboarding, and development.
- Balance sales, customer needs, staffing, and operations to maintain momentum and accountability.
- Lead by example with urgency, customer focus, and consistent personal performance.
