Job summary

Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking an Operations Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and align cross-functional teams across our growing network. You will partner with executives to plan, execute, and monitor programs ensuring on-time delivery and accountability.

You will develop plans, report progress, and manage action items while scaling processes as the company expands. The role includes weekly reviews, performance tracking, and supporting growth initiatives such as store openings

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership and project management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Experience in multi-unit operations or distributed service businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership assignments, and reporting structures.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify risks requiring leadership attention.
• Prepare materials and analyses for leadership meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Track action items and ensure commitments are completed on schedule.
• Support acquisitions, store launches, and integrations as needed.
