• Hands-on knowledge of tunnel operations and wash quality standards.
• Experience coaching or mentoring trainers/leaders.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Coach Market Trainers through coaching, mentoring, and skill reinforcement.
• Lead observation sessions to improve instructional delivery and technical accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback to Market Trainers and field leadership.
• Refine curriculum integrity and ensure consistency across markets.
• Support onboarding and new site openings.
• Reinforce safety practices, wash quality standards, and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with Instructional Design and field leadership to refresh training content.
