Job summary

Inspire Brands' Dunkin’ Field Training Manager role will partner with Dunkin’ colleagues to implement and train national and regional initiatives for Franchisees.

You will lead training for new initiatives, facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, and present content at regional meetings with Above Restaurant Leaders.

A minimum of 75% travel is expected as you build relationships, diagnose knowledge gaps, and influence adoption of training principles across multi-unit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in restaurant/retail management with Training, Human Resource, or multi-unit management experience.
• 5-7 years experience in restaurant and/or retail Training, Operations, or multi-unit management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.
• Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build credibility with franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Leads all training activities for new initiatives including product rollouts, guest service initiatives, processes, technology, and systems
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training experiences consistently using effective adult learning principles
• Presents content during regional meetings and training sessions with the Above Restaurant Leader audience
• Utilize project management tools and disciplines to execute project processes, including risk management, issues resolution, change management, quality assurance, and document management.
• Drives engagement to influence franchisees to embrace needed change within their business unit
• Actively partners to build relationships with cross-functional team members, franchisees, and their above restaurant leaders to influence adoption of training principles.
• Collaborates with field team to diagnose root causes for knowledge gaps, operational and training problems, and articulate potential solutions
• Acts as an ongoing Subject Matter Expert for franchisees and their Above Restaurant Leaders for brand initiatives.
• Participates in meetings with franchisees and cross functional team to strategize market and network plans, provide expertise and consulting as needed
