Job summary

Flagger Force Traffic Control Services is seeking a Field Trainer to coach and develop field employees in real-world environments, promoting safety and quality standards. You will conduct hands-on Basic Work Zone training and ensure adherence to established protocols and timelines.

You will provide daily guidance, on-the-spot coaching, and practical mentoring to improve field performance on billable orders, while collaborating with Field Management and supervisors to meet training objectives.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Verbal, written, analytical and reasoning skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administers hands-on portion of Basic Work Zone training per established protocols.
• Provide daily coaching to field employees to improve performance on billable orders.
• Lead by example and professionally represent the organization at sites and with clients.
• Collaborate with Field Management to identify training needs and provide remedial coaching.
