Flagger Force, LLC is seeking a Field Trainer 2 to deliver both classroom and on-the-job training, coaching, and development for field staff. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and active student engagement in alignment with company values.

You will travel within 1-2 hours of home, offer field instruction, and help identify and develop junior instructors while maintaining a well-organized classroom and inventory of materials.
