Flagger Force, LLC is seeking a Field Trainer II to deliver hands-on and classroom training, coaching field employees, and promoting safety and quality standards across the organization. The role emphasizes field instruction mastery, student career development, and maintaining high engagement in training sessions.

Responsibilities include both classroom and on-the-job training, performance evaluation, and mentoring junior instructors, with travel to assigned territories and occasional overnight

• Identify and support student growth for career development.
• Maintain high engagement using interactive methods.
• Deliver classroom instruction about 50% of time.
• Administer hands-on training and assess skills.
• Test, grade, and dismiss non-eligible students.
• Monitor engagement across classes.
• Review training materials for accuracy.
• Identify potential instructors and assist development.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Inventory classroom materials.
• Provide field on-the-job training about 50% of time.
• Oversee BWZ process and DRIVE program timelines.
• Support field employees with coaching daily.
• Submit BWZ checklists to Training team.
• Coach on-site site setup and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with Risk Training and Operations weekly.
• Represent the organization to clients and staff.
• Cover field employee responsibilities when needed.
• Attend department meetings as necessary.
• Maintain internal training certifications via Flagger Force Academy.
• Assist safety with incident investigations.
• Collaborate to align with Flagger Force procedures.
• Travel 1-2 hours from home frequently; overnight stays possible.
