Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking a Field Trainer 2 to lead hands-on field training and classroom instruction for field employees. The role emphasizes safety, quality standards, and student development while promoting company values and mission.

You will coach junior instructors, maintain a highly engaging learning environment, and ensure proper site setup, PPE use, and on-site coaching. Travel is required within 1–2 hours from home with potential overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• DOT qualifications for assigned territory and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert hands-on training and classroom instruction.
• Identify and support student growth for career development.
• Maintain high student engagement with interactive teaching.
• Administer training and assess student performance.
• Monitor engagement and review training materials for accuracy.
• Travel 1–2 hours from home frequently; occasional overnight stays.
• Lead field on-the-job training and DRIVE program completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and inventory.
