Job summary

Cox is seeking an ICC admin to maintain tracker inventory, scan and prepare trackers for deployment, and manage equipment in the office. The role includes bi-weekly audits, packaging trackers for COX2M shipment, and providing administrative support for Vehicle Operations.

The position requires a HS diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years in a related field, with emphasis on communication, organization, and general office software skills. Outdoor work environment and hourly compensation are noted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Alternatively, any level degree/certification beyond HS in a related discipline may qualify.
• OR 5 years' experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of trackers and office equipment.
• Scan trackers returning from gates and scan them out when they leave the office.
• Charge trackers and prepare them for deployment or field work.
• Prepare trays of trackers and get them ready for shipment.
• Perform bi-weekly audits across office, gates, and related areas.
• Provide admin/transactional support for Vehicle Operations teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for policies and procedures questions.
• Assist vendors, dealers, and third parties with process questions.
• Maintain inventory control of tracking systems and related tasks.
• Uphold safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
