Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist II to maintain tracker inventory in the ICC office, scan items at return gates, and prepare trackers for deployment. The role includes handling office equipment, bi-weekly audits, and shipping trackers back to COX2M. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

This position is on-site with a focus on safety and process adherence within Vehicle Operations. Experience with AS400, Lot Vision, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience with AS400, Lot Vision, Microsoft Outlook and Excel are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of trackers in the ICC office.
• Scan trackers returning from exit gates and scan out leaving the office.
• Charge trackers in the office and check for required analysis.
• Organize trays of trackers for deployment and shipping to field.
• Perform bi-weekly audits including scanning trackers at gates and offices.
• Maintain office equipment (TC75s, printers, batteries).
• Package and ship trackers returned to COX2M as needed.
• Provide administrative support for the Vehicle Operations team.
• Support vendors, dealers, and third parties with questions about processes and issues.
• Ensure control of inventory in the tracking system.
• Support safety programs and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
