Responsibilities

  • Accountable for location's tracker inventory and reconciliation of billing invoices.
  • Manages retrieval of trackers needing attention (RFA) and determines corrective action.
  • Returns defective trackers to Cox2M; ensures UI and billing reflect returns and new orders.
  • Monitor vehicle inventory volume and coordinate with Management and GCM to manage inventory levels.
  • Review inventory analytics dashboard and ensure adherence to project metrics.
  • Communicate status to Leadership and Global Inventory Control Manager; identify opportunities to achieve goals.
  • Promote change and drive project adoption across units.
  • Deliver training on Lot Vision processes to impacted departments.
  • Enforce project standards, operating procedures and metrics.
  • Support Lot Vision deployments and ICC calls.
  • Assist with Lot Vision education and ongoing program support.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Job description

  • Accountable for location's tracker inventory and reconciliation of billing invoices.
  • Manages the retrieval of trackers that require further attention (RFA) and determines corrective action.
  • Responsible for returning defective trackers to Cox2M, ensuring user interface and billing accurately reflects returns and new orders.
  • Monitor vehicle inventory volume and fluctuations to proactively anticipate spikes or changes in inventory levels and coordinate with Management and GCM to manage inventory levels, accordingly.
  • Ability to review and comprehend the inventory analytics dashboard and adherence to project metrics.
  • Proactively communicates status to Leadership and Global Inventory Control Manager (GCM); identifies opportunities to enable location to achieve / exceed lot operations goals.
  • Proactively monitors and works with team(s) to address issues to prevent leakage (<2)
  • Builds and sustains relationships with lot operations teams and serves as the central point of contact regarding tracker inventory.
  • Enthusiastically promotes, communicates, and champions identified change, project adoption, and continuous improvement across operating units.
  • Delivers training developed by Lot Vision Program Team to impacted departments on processes and procedures.
  • Enforces adoption of project standards, operating procedures, best practices, and metrics.
  • Supports Lot Vision program by actively participating in ICC calls (share best practices, etc.).
  • Focuses on continuing education to support the advancement of the program.
  • Assists with Lot Vision deployments and support.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Qualifications

USD 20.10 - 30.10 per hour

Compensation

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
