Job summary

Cox is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage tracker inventory at the ICC office in Florida. You will handle check-ins/outs, testing, deployment prep, and monthly audits to ensure accurate records and billing reconciliation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Lot Operations and GCM, maintaining equipment like TC75 devices, and supporting process improvements and safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience, or any degree with 1+ year related work experience.
• Safe driving and valid driver’s license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of trackers and check in/out at the ICC office.
• Charge, test, organize, and prepare trackers for deployment.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory audits across office, gates, and fields.
• Handle inventory reconciliation and billing invoices.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with leadership to meet targets.
• Support Lot Vision deployments and program calls.
