Cox is seeking an ICC admin to maintain tracker inventory, scan and prepare trackers for deployment, and manage equipment in the office. The role includes bi-weekly audits, packaging trackers for COX2M shipment, and providing administrative support for Vehicle Operations.
The position requires a HS diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years in a related field, with emphasis on communication, organization, and general office software skills. Outdoor work environment and hourly compensation are noted.
The ICC admin role is designed to maintain inventory of trackers in the ICC office. This includes scanning trackers as they return from the exit gates, scan them out as they leave the office. Charging trackers in the office as needed and checking them to see if they require further analysis. Organizing the trays of trackers ready to be deployed, as well as getting them ready to be sent out into the field. Bi-weekly audits are performed which includes scanning trackers in the office, at the gates, and anywhere else applicable. This role will also be responsible for maintaining equipment in the office such as TC75s, printers and batteries. Trackers that need to be returned to COX2M will need to be packaged and shipped in this role.
USD 15.10 - 22.69 per hour
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
