Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist II to maintain tracker inventory in the ICC office, scan trackers, charge devices, and prep items for field deployment. Bi-weekly audits will cover the office and gates, and you’ll manage equipment like TC75s, printers, and batteries.

The role serves as a point of contact for policy questions, supports vendors and dealers, ensures inventory control, and adheres to Safety Excellence procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ related experience, or 5 years in related field.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate general office equipment and have good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of trackers in the ICC office; scan trackers returning from gates and outbound.
• Charge trackers and prepare trays for field deployment; bi-weekly audits across office and gates.
• Package and ship trackers to COX2M when needed; maintain office equipment like TC75s and batteries.
