Job summary

Victaulic's Tool team is seeking an experienced engineer or field technician to support tool inquiries across the US. You will interface with end-users and internal teams to provide technical tool support and contribute to field service excellence.

Responsibilities include direct end-user contact, collaboration on new product initiatives, coordination of US engineering services, and educating customers on proper tool operation and maintenance at job sites. Travel up to 35% may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot, operate, and explain mechanical systems and tools.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Electrical diagnostic ability, including familiarity with PLCs and general electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Interface with end-users via phone and on-site visits to address questions.
• Collaborate with US and global design teams on new product initiatives and redesigns.
• Coordinate technical support within the US Engineering Services Team.
• Educate customers on proper tool operation and maintenance at job sites.
• Update literature and instructions in collaboration with product teams.
