Job summary

Victaulic is seeking an experienced engineer or field technician to support tool-related inquiries across the US customer base. You will interface with end-users and internal Victaulic teams, coordinating with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.

The role includes travel to job sites for demonstrations, troubleshooting, and training while staying current with product literature.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and operation of tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language for jobsite personnel.
• Experience in field service or technical support roles.
• Familiarity with electrical diagnostics and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Interface with end-users by phone and at job sites to answer tool questions.
• Collaborate with design, product management, and marketing on literature and instructions.
• Coordinate technical support with US Engineering Services Team.
• Evaluate product returns and support field installations.
• Travel up to 35% nationally and internationally as needed.
