Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Job Site Solutions Specialist to drive demand and sell-through with professional users. The field-based role emphasizes demonstrations, training, and dealer-supported pull-through, with a travel-heavy schedule across assigned markets.

The role requires strong consultative selling, CRM usage, and the ability to convert demonstrations into measurable sales results while building credibility with contractors, shop owners, and trade professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales, end-user sales, product demonstrations, or related roles.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, conversion and pipeline goals.
• Experience engaging professional end users at jobsites, shops, or distributor locations.
• Strong consultative selling skills and product knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 60–70% in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales and activity goals.
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and field training.
• Identify high-value end-user targets and develop accounts with dealers/distributors.
• Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and follow-up activities.
• Use CRM to document activity and support accurate forecasting.
